Todd Goodman joined Phillips McLaughlin & Hall in 2020, bringing to the firm 28 years of diverse litigation experience. After completing a one-year clerkship with the Delaware Supreme Court, Todd spent nine years practicing at one of Delaware’s largest law firms, where he litigated cases in all of the state and federal courts in Delaware, representing many of the world’s largest corporations, product manufacturers, local businesses, and individuals. Todd then spent 15 years managing and conducting litigation at a fortune 500 utility and energy holding company, where he was responsible for general litigation for the company in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Todd was also responsible for electricity and natural gas regulatory matters, including base-rate litigation, regulation/rulemaking, electric and natural gas development projects, renewable energy development projects, and regulatory compliance.
