Jack Phillips is the president of the law firm of Phillips, McLaughlin & Hall, P.A. His practice focuses on litigation, primarily in the areas of intellectual property, commercial law, insurance coverage and toxic tort defense. Mr. Phillips has personally tried over 50 jury trials in Delaware's state and federal courts, as well as an equal number of bench trials in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the United States Federal District Court for the District of Delaware and other Delaware trial courts.
